Participants must be a minimum of 12 years old, be rescue diver certified, and have at least 50 logged dives.

There is no specific schedule for the Master Scuba Diver certification. You will need to complete 5 dive specialties upon which you will be awarded the Master Scuba Diver rating.

  • How come there is no theory class, pool session or open sea training required for the Master Scuba Diver certification?

In order to obtain your Master Scuba Diver rating, you will only need to provide evidence that you are Rescue Diver certified, that you have at least 50 looged dives, and that you have completed 5 dive specialty certifications.

 

  • Which dive specialty classes are required for the Master Scuba Diver certification?

Any 5 dive specialty classes will do. You can refer to our dive specialties page for a list of specialties offered.
