Acknowledgement of Terms and Conditions

-All payments are to made via CASH, NETS, Bank transfer or PayNow only. -Credit card payment incurs additional charges. -Minimum deposit required is SGD$ 300.00 per participant for Leisure Trips - Full payment for Dive Courses -Initial deposit is non-refundable. -The intended course / dive trip is valid for 6 months upon registration. -Forfeiture of the full amount applies for notice of withdrawal by course participant. -All equipment rental is to be treated with care, failing which charges apply, as deemed by The Dive Company. -Changes in any course schedule dates by said participant has to be 14 days in advance, otherwise, cancellation charges shall be borne by the participant. -No refund will be given for cancellation of Weekend Dive Trips within 14 days prior to departure date. -All cancellations or postponements need to be made in writing or email, charges will apply. -The Dive Company reserves the right to change / alter the itinerary in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
