Rafi Majid is the Founder and Owner of The Dive Company, and a distinguished figure in Singapore’s diving industry. With a passion for the ocean that began in childhood, he has spent more than two decades refining his craft, shaping divers, and setting a benchmark for excellence in dive education. Having certified over 3,000 students and completed more than 10,000 dives, Rafi brings a depth of experience that few in the industry can rival.

In 2026, Rafi was honoured with the Blue Legacy Dive Instructor of the Year Award, recognising his outstanding leadership, excellence in dive education, and lasting contribution to the diving industry. As a PADI Course Director, he represents the highest standard of professional diver education, combining world-class instruction with an unwavering commitment to safety, precision, and personal development.
